HOW TO ORDER: To pay Online, securely, with your credit card, click the 'Order' button at the bottom of each item page. Proceed to checkout by following the instructions on your screen.

Please note: Paying for an order by personal check may delay delivery, as the bank can take up to 48 hours to process a personal check.
  2. To order by Fax: Proceed as if you were ordering Online. (Do not click 'Submit'.) Print out the Order Form you have created and fax this form to (818) 341-3562. Please include the following: a) your name, b) billing address, c) shipping address (if different from billing address), d) credit card number, e) expiration date, f) daytime phone number or email address where you may be reached if we have any questions regarding your order.

SHIPPING: We make every effort to inventory all items in our catalog at all times. All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail and most are shipped within 48 hours.

All orders are discreetly packaged in a standard USPS Priority Mail box or a plainly wrapped box with no indication of its contents. The return address will be the same as the billing company: Advanced Media Systems . In the event of a backorder, we will ship the backordered title immediately upon receipt via Priority Mail. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Chatsworth, California.

DELIVERY:
  1. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Their standard shipping time is 2-5 business days from the date the order is shipped. If you would like your package sooner than that, please choose the 2nd Day Air shipping option. Within the Continental U.S., a $14.00 charge will be added to your order, plus an additional $5.00 per item. Please note: Paying for an order by personal check may delay delivery, as the bank can take up to 48 hours to process a personal check.
  2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
    Standard Shipping & Handling: 3-6 Business days, based on the purchase amount. Shipping occurs after confirmation of your credit card.
  3. 2-Day Air Delivery
    Two Business Days: (not including weekends or holidays,) $14.00, plus the standard shipping & handling charge. Please note the following guidelines:
       Not available to P.O. Boxes.
      You must be home to sign for package.
      Service not available to APO or FPO addresses. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
      We currently do not ship to overseas addresses.
  4. Any backordered items will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail once the item arrives.


GUARANTEE: We offer a 100% Customer Service Guarantee on all orders. Notify us within seven days of receipt and any damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced at no additional charge to you.

CHANGES: We will be happy to assist you. To make any changes to your order, please contact our Customer Service Representatives at (818) 341-3185, between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm PST, Monday - Friday, or email your questions to: order@loveandintimacy.com

RETURNS:
  1. Defective or Damaged Merchandise: If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately. Save the original packaging to make a claim with the carrier. If you have received defective or damaged merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Representatives within seven days for a 'Return Authorization Number'. This will enable us to have UPS pick up the package, at our expense, and return the defective merchandise to us. Once we have received the returned merchandise we will replace your order with a duplicate shipment, immediately, at no additional charge to you. Please have the following information available when you contact us so we may expedite your request: a) Your customer number; b) order number; c) name; d) delivery address (if different from billing address); e) city; f) state; and g) zip.
  2. Unwanted Merchandise: Because of the ease of duplication, we cannot accept the return of non-defective products. If you have any additional questions regarding our return policies, please contact us at: info@loveandintimacy.com
LEGAL NOTICE: Please be advised, certain titles marked with an asterisk (*) are unavailable in some states. When we are unable to ship a title to a particular state, your credit card will not be charged. The following states may have restrictions on some titles due to local laws: Kentucky, Tennessee.
