All orders are discreetly packaged in a standard USPS Priority Mail box or a plainly wrapped box
with no indication of its contents. The return address will be the same as the billing company: Advanced Media Systems . In the event of a backorder, we will ship the backordered title immediately upon receipt
via Priority Mail. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Chatsworth, California.
DELIVERY:
- All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Their standard shipping time is 2-5 business
days from the date the order is shipped. If you would like your package sooner than that, please choose the
2nd Day Air shipping option. Within the Continental U.S., a $14.00 charge will be added to your order, plus an additional $5.00 per item.

RETURNS:
- Defective or Damaged Merchandise:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately. Save the original packaging to make a claim with the carrier.
If you have received defective or damaged merchandise, please contact
our Customer Service Representatives within seven days for a
'Return Authorization Number'. This will enable us to have UPS pick up the package,
at our expense, and return the defective merchandise to us. Once we
have received the returned merchandise we will replace your order with a duplicate shipment,
immediately, at no additional charge to you. Please have the following information available when you contact us so we may expedite
your request: a) Your customer number; b) order number; c) name; d) delivery
address (if different from billing address); e) city; f) state; and g) zip.
- Unwanted Merchandise:
Because of the ease of duplication, we cannot accept the return of
